Doug Barlow maintains his principal law firm in College Station, with satellite offices in SE Texas and the west Hill Country. He has earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Texas A&M University, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston. With over 40 years of practice, Doug has extensive trial and appellate experience as lead counsel from misdemeanors to death penalty cases, and is Board Certified in both Criminal Law and Criminal Appellate Law. Tera Johnson is a Senior Solutions Specialist with Grand River Solutions and has nearly 14 years of professional experience in higher education including roles in residence life, student conduct, Title IX, and the dean of students’ office. In her Title IX and equity work, she conducted investigations involving students, faculty and staff; led trainings for the campus community including investigator and hearing board training; served in an advisory role to hearing participants; and wrote College policy revisions. Tera has extensive experience in interviewing, adjudication, and policy development. Tera holds a Master of Education in College Student Personnel.
