Tera Johnson is a Senior Solutions Specialist with Grand River Solutions and has nearly 14 years of professional experience in higher education including roles in residence life, student conduct, Title IX, and the dean of students’ office. In her Title IX and equity work, she conducted investigations involving students, faculty and staff; led trainings for the campus community including investigator and hearing board training; served in an advisory role to hearing participants; and wrote College policy revisions. Tera has extensive experience in interviewing, adjudication, and policy development. Tera holds a Master of Education in College Student Personnel.

Dinah has been practicing family and criminal defense law in Galveston and Harris Counties since 1989 and has been mediating family cases since 1992. For nine years, she was an adjunct professor at the University of Houston - Clear Lake where she taught Dispute Resolution in the Legal Studies Dept. This professional experience along with her personal experiences as a student, wife, and mother will assist her in advising others through an emotional administrative process.

Shelly Shaw is an experienced litigator in the Brazos Valley. She provides guidance and direction to students and employees on a variety of legal issues, including Student Conduct and Title IX hearings, FERPA complaints, promotion and tenure packets, and criminal defense. She has served as an advisor to complainants and respondents.

Kris grew up in Elida, New Mexico and attended Baylor University for his undergraduate education. After graduating, he stayed in Waco to attend Baylor University School of Law. Upon graduating from Baylor Law, Kris joined West, Webb, Allbritton & Gentry. Kris enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing sports, and being outdoors. Kris is also very devoted to his faith.
